LMC Jackets Warranty
LMC Jackets will warranty any coated Impression Cylinder LMC Jacket for a period of 18 months or 36 million impressions, provided the part is installed by an approved engineer, the Registration form is correctly completed upon installation, and the parts have been cared for in line with the LMC Jackets maintenance guidelines. Should the new part fail within the stated warranty period, LMC Jackets will replace it at no charge, provided the replacement is also installed by an approved technician. To confirm the jacket has failed, an inspection may be required.
EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE EQUIPMENT ON THE FACE OF THIS INVOICE. SELLER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THAT THE ITEM SOLD HEREUNDER IS MERCHANTABLE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE STATED EXPRESS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL LIABILITIES OR OBLIGATIONS OF SELLER FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE DELIVERY, USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE EQUIPMENT AND ANY SOFTWARE.
